Accessibility
TandemLeaf’s accessibility approach and how to report a barrier.
TandemLeaf wants its articles, navigation and tools to be usable by as many readers as practical, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim for semantic page structure, clear headings, readable contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive links, responsive layouts and forms that can be understood without relying only on visual styling.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. New content, tools, browser changes and third-party services can introduce problems. We review issues as they are identified and make reasonable improvements where we can.
Third-party content
Some pages may link to or embed third-party services that TandemLeaf does not fully control. We encourage readers to contact us if a third-party element creates an access barrier on a TandemLeaf page.
Report an accessibility issue
Email contact@tandemleaf.com or use the Contact page. Please include the page URL, the problem you encountered, the browser or assistive technology you were using if relevant, and a way to contact you.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 72 hours.
Some fixes can take longer depending on the underlying issue or third-party technology involved.
